I currently have a Restaurant Manager position available in the Highlands for a suitable candidate open to relocating to a beautiful part of Scotland.

This small boutique luxury 5 star property operates with very high service levels and we are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can deliver strong FOH attention to detail to match the excellent food operation.

The RM is mainly focused on Dinner service with a strong focus on the Evening operation with lunchtime generally only a consideration for Sunday lunches..

You will require previous experience in luxury 5 Star as an RM or ARM and come with excellent communication and organisational skills.

This role comes with an excellent holiday package and is commutable from a large accommodation catchment area.

Basic salary is up to 40k + Gratuities.

Transport is needed due to location.
